What if my pickup day changes?
Just let us know, or update it in your account. We sync to your city's schedule, including holiday shifts, so your cans always go out on the right night.
What happens on holidays?
Only three holidays shift collection in Austin and Georgetown: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. When your day falls on or after one of those in that same week, it slides one day later. We adjust your schedule automatically, so your cans always go out on the right night.
How do I cancel?
