- Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, service address, collection day, cart storage location, and access details such as gate or garage codes and notes for the crew.
- Payment information: when you subscribe, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details, such as your card brand, the last four digits, and billing status, but we do not collect or store your full card number.
- Account and usage information: your account activity, service history, and basic technical information such as device and browser type that is needed to operate the website.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and schedule the Service; route crews and reach your carts; process billing and manage your subscription; communicate with you about your account, service, and support; improve and secure the Service; and comply with our legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers who help us operate, including our payment processor (Stripe), our database and hosting provider (Supabase), and our email provider (Resend).
- Our crews and operators, who receive the information needed to service your address, such as your address, cart location, and access instructions.
- Legal and safety, when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.
We do not share mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, or the phone numbers you provide for text messaging with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Any sharing of phone numbers is limited to subcontractors and service providers, such as our text-messaging platform, solely to help us deliver the messages you have requested.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from Curb Crews, either during online sign-up or account creation on our website or by signing our service agreement in person, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your account and service. These messages may include service reminders, sign-up and service confirmations, schedule changes, and account and billing notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or reply HELP for help. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 5. Access Codes and Sensitive Details
Gate codes, garage codes, and similar access details let our crews reach your carts. We treat this information as sensitive, share it only with the crew servicing your home, and store it only to provide the Service. You can update or remove these details in your account at any time.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account information as described below.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can review and update your account information at any time. You can opt out of non-essential email or text messages, though we may still send transactional messages needed to provide the Service. 9. Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to operate, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
